Jack Moore aka El Suprimo, an avid bird watcher and purveyor of music, is known for his knowledge of local bird songs. He brings his avian melodies combined with a lofty assortment of vintage Folk Psych and contemporary Dream Pop to the Wren on Monday, July 21st from 5pm to 8pm. This will be an all analog listening experience.

  Moore took over as chief administrator of the FPTOS in 1995. The Fells Point Troglodyte Ornithological Society organizes various bird watching activities in the Fells area such as the exciting and always memorable Black Crowned Night Tree Herons watch.

El Suprimo Listening Party

The Scotch and Irish Whisky club at The Wren is open to anyone provided they’re of drinking age.  We meet on the first Monday of each month from 5-8pm. Each meeting will feature a different selection of spirits to taste.  Joining the club is simple you pay a small yearly fee and get access to the free tastings each month. During the week of your birthday you can come by the bar and receive a free 2oz scotch of the week.  Members will also be able to purchase bottles of scotch at the tastings through the pub.  Once a member you will have a scotch and Irish whisky card. Each time you pop by the wren and purchase a scotch by the glass we’ll take a tally and once you’ve filled the card you’ll be able to buy a scotch of your choice at cost.
